I create funny, heartfelt and authentic content about people perceived as ‘other’ and their unique and interesting life experiences.

 

I’m a screenwriter with two original series in development. Previously I acted in Bronwen Hughes ‘The Journey Is The Destination’ and South African TV soaps as well as writing for the New York Amsterdam News.  ISA TV Pilot Pitch Challenge 2022 Finalist. 

 

I’m most interested in writing strong character and female driven stories, taking the unpleasant and sometimes harsh nature of life and extracting beauty, humor and sentiment from it. I’ve embraced my one of a kind world view and developed a vivid voice accompanied by a unique gift for transforming autobiographical experiences into cinematic, commercial and impactful entertainment pieces.
